Parliament Energy is dedicated to transparency, fairness, and sustainability in procurement. We prioritize local suppliers which share our commitment to quality and ethics. Our rigorous evaluation fosters long-term, beneficial relationships supporting community well-being.
Parliament Energy ensures the sustainability of materials used by selecting eco-friendly, high-quality resources. We prioritize materials that minimize environmental impact and promote longevity. Our commitment to sustainability extends throughout our supply chain, fostering a greener future for our community.
We are committed to eliminating safety risks through communication, engagement, empowerment, and accountability. All technicians must complete safety orientation training and wear required personal protective equipment daily. Job-specific safety certificates and guidelines are detailed in the safety manual and communicated by management. Safety stand-downs are held at the start and end of each workday and before new tasks. Safety is our top priority.
At our peak, we will employ over 600 workers during our construction. Once we go into operations, we will employ more than 30 operators, of which we will create at least five new high paying full time jobs located in Waller County at the site.
